I receive a message that I already have an account when trying to create a new one? What can I do?
If you receive such a message, this means that you have already successfully registered on the playMGM platform. If you have misplaced or forgotten your Account Name and password, simply send our Customer Service team a message with your first and last name, your address, your date of birth and the e-mail address you provided when registering.
In your e-mail, please state your reason for writing us so that our Customer Service team can get back to you quickly.
